At DLA2026 there will be NO CHARGE for conference registration. But you will have expenses.

We recognize that travel, lodging , transportation, entertainment and food are highly personal, and can be expensive. And we don’t want to add expense or extra frills to a densely packed two days of cutting edge conversation

So, expect to take care of all your own comfort needs, to your own desired level, in and around the Belfield campus. Our conference venue is conveniently located near to the University Center where food and other necessities are available at your own expense; on both conference nights we will convene together at a traditional Irish pub, also at your own expense. No ‘conference food’; but authentic pub fare.

The University and the Landscape Architecture department are funding all the basic expenses of the conference rooms and audio-visual, and janitorial, and other facilities; so you can have an intense experience concentrating on the cutting edge of digital landscape architecture. We hope to see you here in Dublin !

Note: Authors of papers accepted for publication in JoDL:A and possibly presented in Dublin will still have publication fees, separately billed. See https://www.dla-conference.com/call-for-paper/

The author’s fee for the publication is currently 450 Euros for the standard 8 pages of print with the option of publishing extra pages at 60 Euros per additional page. With this contribution towards the publishing cost you also receive an author’s copy. For the author’s team, additional books at a reduced price are available. The author’s publication fee includes the author’s hard copy and the open access publication at www.jodla.info
